B-POL® High-Fidelity Polymerase
In-vitro nucleic-acid amplification systems are among the most widely used tools in biotechnology, with applications ranging from research and development to molecular diagnostics. Nucleic-acid amplification systems developed with B-POL® are engineered to deliver high yield and sensitivity in every reaction. Moreover, the use of product-specific quality controls ensures excellence and reliability.
High Yield and Sensitivity in Every
Reaction
B-POL® is a high-fidelity polymerase produced through recombinant-DNA technology, designed via chimeric protein engineering. This enzyme offers processivity and fidelity equal to or greater than leading international brands.

FEATURES & BENEFITS
A high-fidelity polymerase produced with state-of-the-art recombinant technology and bioprocess engineering. It is ideal for PCR amplification of DNA fragments in applications that demand exceptional copy accuracy.
The enzyme has proofreading activity (3′-5′ exonuclease) capable of correcting errors during DNA replication.
Each B-POL® kit contains:
- 10 × reaction buffer
- MilliQ-grade water
- 50 mM ionic solution
- B-POL® high-fidelity enzyme

Sterile milli-Q grade water.
STORAGE
- B-POL® is a chemically prepared commercial enzyme designed to be stored under ideal conditions at −20 °C.
- Frost buildup around the product must be avoided, because excessive moisture shortens shelf life.
- Store the enzyme horizontally inside its package; never flip it upright. The internal tubes are not completely filled, so standing them vertically can leave enzyme coating the tube walls and compromise chemical stability.
- Verify that the freezer temperature remains at −20 °C by logging the reading at least once a week.
- A B-POL® kit contains polymerase, buffer, ionic solution (Mg²⁺), and water. The polymerase and buffer are the most temperature-sensitive components; in an emergency, protect these first. The remaining components can withstand 4 °C (refrigerator temperature) for a couple of days without significant loss of quality.
TRANSPORT
- B-POL® must be kept at −20 °C, so it must be shipped either with cold packs that reach −20 °C (note: gel packs come in different temperature ranges) or on dry ice (solid CO₂).
Polystyrene foam coolers (dry-ice chests) are recommended for shipping; if logistics allow, any insulated container that maintains a cold interior is acceptable.
It is critical to keep the enzyme at −20 °C even during short transfers.
Place the enzyme (kit box) so that it travels horizontally to prevent the reagent from spreading along the tube walls, which could shorten shelf life; make sure the kit is firmly secured inside the cooler.
Avoid excessive moisture around the package.
